Representation of shareholder’s rights, including:

• consultations on effective execution of minority/majority shareholder’s rights;
• representation of the shareholder at the shareholders meetings and between them;
• preparation and implementation of strategy for share stake alienation / acquisition;
• representation of shareholder’s rights concerning execution of corporate events (payment of dividends, share mandatory/voluntary buyout, increase/decrease of share capital, etc.);
• representation of the shareholder at the courts and the state institutions.
